How to make sarson bhindi


Ingredients

Bhindi – 250 gm
Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
Dhaniya powder- 2 tsp
Garlic cloves – 8-10
Ginger – 1 inch
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 4
Salt to Taste
Tomato – 2 (medium size)
Onion – 2 (medium size)
Panchphoran – 1 tsp
Aamchoor – 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil – 3- 4 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp

How to make Sarson Bhindi

  1. Wash  the bhindi.


  2. Now cut the bhindi in to silts.


  3. Fry bhindi in 1 tbsp mustard oil and keep aside.


  4. Add Panchphoran in 2-3 tbsp. mustard oil.


  5. When its crackles, add finely chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.


  6. Now add paste of mustard seeds ,dhania powder ,cumin seed ,ginger ,green chilli. and garlic


  7. Add 1/2 tsp haldi.


  8. Cook for another 10-15 minutes on low flame 


  9. When masala cooked add tomato


  10. Now cook for another 5-10 minutes on low flame


  11. Add fried bhindi.


  12. Add one cup water.


  13. Add 1tsp salt.


  14. Cook for another 10-12 minutes on low flame.


  15. Add 1/2 tsp black salt.


  16. Add 1/2 tsp aamchoor powder.


  17. Now Sarson bhindi is ready. Enjoy this delicious vegetable with rice or roti.
